Copyright takedown

jst.pw shortens links; it does not host the pages they lead to. What we can do is switch off the short link, which is what this notice asks for. To have the material itself removed, send a notice to whoever hosts it as well.

Send this only if you own the rights, or are authorised to act for whoever does. A knowingly false notice carries liability for the sender's own costs and damages. If you are unsure whether the use is infringing, take advice before filing.

What happens next

We read the notice and check it is complete.
If it is, the short link is switched off. The page it pointed to is untouched: we do not host it and cannot remove it.
The person who made the link is told, and is given your notice. They may file a counter-notice.
Accounts that attract repeated valid notices are closed.

If your link was removed

Send a counter-notice to jst@derabia.com with the link, your name, address and phone number, your statement under penalty of perjury that the link was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live.
