General questions

Email jst@derabia.com. jst.pw is a small operation, so replies are best effort. There's no support team and no guaranteed response time.

The Business plan

To ask for the Business plan, use the request form or email jst@derabia.com. We'll reply by email to agree the price and the period.

Reporting a link

You don't need to email us about a link that opens the waiting page. That page has a "Report this link" button, which goes straight into our moderation queue and gets looked at faster than an email would. For a link that forwards instantly, a managed QR code or a link-in-bio page, email jst@derabia.com with its address and what's wrong with it.

Terms and Privacy

Questions about the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, and requests about your data, can also go to jst@derabia.com.
